Dan Saunders is a senior creative, and industry leader with international experience spanning the UK, US and Australia.
Known for building distinctive brand platforms that drive both cultural relevance and commercial growth, Dan is a hands-on ideas-first creative with a rare combination of strategic thinking, conceptual strength, and craft across both art and copy.
Dan has held senior creative roles at leading agencies including DDB Sydney, where he led creative for McDonald’s, the agency’s largest and most commercially significant client, and TBWA, where he worked across Amazon, HCF and others. Across the UK, US and Australia, he has built brands, led integrated campaigns, and developed work spanning brand, digital, customer experience and innovation.
Most recently he served as ECD At The Hallway Sydney, where he has helped shape a new chapter for the agency, contributing to its rise from outside the ANZ top 200 creative rankings into the top 20 within 18 months, while helping secure its first Cannes Lions recognition in more than 15 years.
His work has been recognised at leading international and local award shows including, AWARD, Cannes Lions and D&AD, including a Yellow Pencil for innovative work supporting people in vulnerable domestic situations.
